چکیده
The stability of coordination compounds metal ions with ligands is fundamental importance for elaborating upon practical sensors the detection and quantification in environmental samples. In this work, constants silver(I) complexes 2-mercaptoimidazole (2MI) a mixed water–dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) solvent were determined at 298.15 K 308.15 K. It was found that increasing temperature, decreases. dependence lgβ1 on water−DMSO compositions has its minimum concentration dimethyl 0.1 mol. fr. To explain effect solvent, solvation characteristics reagents analyzed. regard, 2MI Gibbs energy transfer from water to aqueous solvents determined, influence DMSO thermodynamics protonation stabilization silver ion during transition water–DMSO makes negative contribution change complexation, while complex particle promotes formation. As result, values are slightly increased. results these thermodynamic studies could be useful development sensor materials based mercaptoimidazoles.
